Dr. Dorothy Carter and Dr. Kristin Cullen-Lester are building upon their award winning research on network approaches to leadership to guide a team of organizational/data scientists and leadership development practitioners to help organizations gain competitive advantage and build an inclusive culture among senior and mid-levels leaders by assessing and developing the networks of strategic communication and influence among upper- and middle-level leaders to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and agility of strategy development and implementation.
